It’s as simple as 5,4,3,2,1!
Exercise can be hard work; it can be difficult to find the
motivation and even the time. However I have this little sheet pinned up on my
wall and when I get the chance I like to do a simple 15 minute workout.
Sometimes in a morning or even before bed I do a quicker version and try to achieve as much as I can in the time I have got spare. I either choose the 5 minute workout or mix it up and do 1 exercise from each section.
Hope this is helpful!
Have a beautiful Monday
