Week 1
I’m not a health freak nor have i ever dieted but I do eat foods
I enjoy and at the same time try and choose some healthy options. I genuinely don’t think you
can beat a bowl of fresh fruit or crunchy veg but unfortunately I have an immense love of sweets, they really are my weakness. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to say no
to a Blueberry BonBon.
Anyway I have not had a very interesting week food wise I’m
afraid, but I thought some people may find it interesting to see what I eat day to day,
so here you go Cee’s week in food.
